Anthony McKay |  Partner, Omera Interim Management

Anthony specialises in the delivery of Interim Executives in both private and public sectors with particular focus on Interim CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CSOs, CMOs, Chief People Officer/HR Directors, Change & Turnaround professionals and Program Managers. He has delivered assignments across multiple market sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Engineering, Utilities, Health, Government Entities and Not for Profits.

As part of Omera’s Interim Practice, Anthony enjoys the fast-paced dynamic involved in responding to client needs.  He takes pride in establishing long term relationships with both clients and candidates allowing him the insight to match the right technical experience and culture fit across the broad range of assignments he works on.

Anthony’s long term approach extends to his 20-year, three continent career that provides him with diversity of thought and experience that he endeavours to use and apply across his networks.

Melbourne has been home since 2011 and he has established himself in that market as a trusted advisor with a focused approach to assignment delivery and successful outcomes.

Anthony’s academic credentials include a degree in Business Studies majoring in Marketing from Cardiff University.

Despite his move from Manchester in 2011, Anthony remains an avid Manchester City FC fan and hopes to pass this passion on to his young Australian family.  Is a keen fitness fanatic with a passion for boxing.

Danny Hodgson |  Partner, Omera Interim Management

Danny established and leads Omera Partners’ Interim Management practice, spearheading Omera Partners’ foray into one of the fastest growing areas of the Australian and regional executive economy. 

Danny’s specialisation is working with clients experiencing challenging circumstances needing a solution with a tight deadline and that require lateral thinking.  He couples this with a high quality network of C-suite executives who are able to move into an organisation on a short term basis.  Danny looks for more than just the technical skills required by the interim executive recognising that the situations they will be managing require humility, adaptability and the ability to make good judgments quickly.

Danny enjoys the fast pace of his practice and the opportunity it gives him to help interim executives develop their careers and helping them finding meaningful assignments as part of that journey.  Interim is a specialised niche within the search environment that has kept him engaged for over seventeen years. Initially in the UK, where he originates, and for the past seven years in Australia.

Danny attended the University of Leeds where he received an honours degree in History.

When not in the office, Danny is a sports lover, following cricket, rugby and football, and participating in ocean and harbour swimming.

Niall Ross |  Partner, Omera Interim Management

 

Niall forms part of our Interim Management practice, based in our Melbourne office.  He specialises in the recruitment of senior level interim managers in both private and public sectors across a broad spectrum of senior functional and line management roles including interim CEOs, CFOs, COOs, HR Directors, General Counsel & Company Secretaries, CPOs, CIOs, CMOs, change and turnaround professionals, programme and project managers and senior finance, IT and HR executives.

People are at the forefront of Niall’s passion for his job where he invests in the development of relationships that guide him to a deep understanding of the personal and professional drivers that influence the fit a candidate will have with a client. 

His broad experience across many disciplines and sectors provides him with further background and insight to ensure a positive impact to the organisations that engage with him to address the challenging circumstances they deal with, often requiring a solution with a tight deadline.

With ten years’ experience in Interim Management and Executive Search in Melbourne, Niall has developed a strong network of relationships and enjoys working with people with whom he can have an honest and robust conversation overlaid with mutual respect.

Niall started his career in the UK where he also attained a BA Hons in Business and Marketing from Huddersfield University.

The perfect day for Niall will start with a run or a trip to the gym, followed by a day at work offering him the opportunity to create and shape unique opportunities for individuals he enjoys spending time with, before returning home to his young family – who, on a good day, will display the contentment of angels!
