Ashlee is an Executive Assistant in our Administration Team providing support to Peter Goddard, Finance Partner, and Damian Tynan, Marketing, Digital, and eComms Partner.

Ashlee brings diverse experience in recruitment and HR roles both in the UK and Australia to her role at Omera Partners.

She assists clients and candidates throughout every search process with an unwavering, positive approach to keep them motivated and focused. Ashlee works closely with her Partners, creating an efficient and effective team that produces successful outcomes for our clients.

Ashlee is curious about the world and enjoys traveling and exploring  both Australia and overseas and has a dream to climb Machu Picchu. She embraces an active lifestyle, always willing to try new sports and activities. Most importantly, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends.
