Fiona Jury is a Senior Associate, Research at Omera Partners, specialising in the Energy, Oil and Gas sectors. With a passion for identifying exceptional leadership talent, she is committed to delivering executive search excellence across the entire Energy value chain.

Fiona brings over 20 years of executive search expertise across multiple functions and geographies. She has led research and search delivery for senior HR leadership appointments across Australia, Asia, and globally, working with ASX-listed and multinational corporations.

Fiona works closely with Partner and leading Energy industry expert, Joanna Taylor. She focuses on searches across private and public sectors, from power generation, networks, transmission and distribution, and retail through to wholesale C&I, residential, and New Energies. Her research expertise and methodical approach enable her to unearth rare talent for complex, niche searches.
