Kate is responsible for Communication and Culture across the three Omera Partners’ offices. To this important internal role, she brings the rich experience of five years executing assignments for the firm as well as a long career in project management, customer service and communication for diverse organisations in Australia, the UK, and the US.
In the high-pressure, and equally high-paced world of C-suite search and selection, ensuring the entire team is aligned on business strategies, current news and latest case studies helps everyone stay on top of their game. She does this through introducing new ideas and identifying where and when things can be improved.
Kate radiates a contagious level of enthusiasm and humour every day, which is why she easily motivates those around her. She enjoys learning new things about colleagues while building the company camaraderie through open, honest, and sometimes hilarious communication..

No challenge is too daunting for Kate, when her children were young, she moved the family to the United States and successfully joined a tightknit community for new life experiences. She is currently appreciating the ‘joy’ of completing a full renovation of her 1910 weatherboard cottage, something that makes her enjoy a favourite glass of Shiraz even more.
