Based in our Sydney office, Tory is Executive Assistant to Damian Tynan, Vanessa Stack and Carlos De Oglou.

Prior to joining Omera Partners, Tory held Executive Assistant positions across diverse sectors including advertising, private equity and fund management. In a bold career pivot, Tory stepped away from the corporate world to pursue her passion for yoga and travel, founding a successful travel and yoga business in Italy. Following COVID, she made the conscious decision to return to executive support, bringing renewed purpose and passion to her role.

Tory provides comprehensive support, ensuring our Partners can deliver exceptional outcomes for candidates and clients. Her ability to listen carefully, pay attention to detail, and respond with both efficiency and warmth creates a seamless experience for everyone she works with.
